Discovery
Areas of expertise encompass all criteria air pollutants and hazardous pollutants including air toxics such as PFAS and ETO. Previous analyses include man-made emissions from stationary sources such as factories and power plants, mobile sources including trucks and cars, as well as accidental spills and natural sources such as wildfires.
Trial Preparation
Prior testimony in state and federal courts as well as public hearing boards on issues ranging from air quality impact assessments to control technology effectiveness using easy-to-understand explanations for all attendees including judges and board members.
